You'll probably have to provide an image of the whole document so that people can figure out where to look, i.e what unit and what time frame.

This document is dated May 2, 1944 and come from the Fliegerhorst-Kommandantur E (v) 218/XII. I don't know if this can help more. Best regards, Frederic
