Where are the Pl.Qu.03792 and Pl.Qu.83495?

The reply is: "it depends"

Such coordinates are only part of the codes, the full code will be something like 35 Ost/03792. Without the first part it is not possible to reply to your question. But the first part could also be guessed from the Luftwaffe unit involved, if its base is known at the time.

These coordinates are somewhere in northwest part of Poland. But I need more exact information.

The coordinates have been found by using the LUMA converter (a Google search should allow you to find and download it).
