What I could decipher:
Stab versetzt (???) K.G. Nr.26 Gr. Kampf- versetzt mit Wirkung vom 9.7.40 flieger- schule 4 Oberstlt. befördert (13) (Order Nr.334/A,3) Kampf- infolge Umbenennung beobachter- schule 1 Oberst befördert(15) Kampf- versetzt (Order Nr.639/A,22) beobachter- schule 3 Dienst- versetzt zur Einweisung als Nachtjagdraum- bereichführer XII. Flieg.-Korps(?)
