Luftwaffe record of 11/12 December 1940 Birmingham raid

I have lost an image I had of the Luftwaffe operations document which recorded the raid on Birmingham on the night of 11/12 December 1940.

I can't find it on my computer, where it had been kept, and wondered whether I got it from a lead from this forum. Grateful for any help, as usual.

I would like to add it to the blog on a church website which records that bombs were unloaded on Coleshill (Warwickshire) and killed two civilians. The family gave an inscribed desk in memory of the two sisters who died. See the entry on Heritage/Digging Deeper on www.coleshillparishchurch.org.uk if interested.

Good to be back here again.

I have a 4 page report compiled by Luftflotte 3 if you would like to PM me. Presume you have seen Steve Richards' book The Luftwaffe over Brum?
