RAF Mildenhall 1940/1941

Hi,

Having trouble location the station records book for RAF Mildenhall 1940/1941. under Air29 held at the NA. I have a copy of Air28/546 but cannot locate the Air29 file. Any pointers welcome.

That is because the station record books are in AIR28 - so you have what there is!

AIR 29 is for other units, e.g 32 Base or 1505 BATF etc - search on those if what you want relates to them

Martin,

Correct, However, on my last visit I located a loose file under Air29, which gave an almost day-to-day account of the activities at RAF Mildenhall ( Not the various units) similar too, but not a copy of the Air 28, which I have. Unfortunately, the memory stick I took the photos on is corrupted. But is was definitely Air29.
