Armin Köhler diary

Gents
Armin Köhler diary was heavilly referenced to in the Fighters over Tunisia, but does anyone have a copy of a full text? I am particularly interested in March-May 1943 period.
TIA
Franek

Re: Armin Köhler diary

I was wondering if perhaps the diary could be published somehow? I have "Fighters Over Tunisia" and "Fighters over the Desert", but would love to read more of the Diary

I cannot say for sure, as I have only the part of my interest, but I guess you would have been disappointed. Those entries are more like agenda type, just noting events and useful in cross checking, but unfortunately nothing like extensive diary entries.

Re: Armin Köhler diary

Well, I cannot complain, as this diary helps to understand some events.
Nonetheless it is a pity indeed, that there are so few accounts available, be it diaries or memories. It is not only a matter of establishing facts, but also of a personal view on event or personalities.
There is another diary or perhaps a memory book by Siegfried Sy that never saw a light of the day. I have been told that his family did not care, but perhaps it survived and is worth of search?
