FW 190 lost 30km NW Paris July 5 1944
Hello to all,
I search informations concerning the loss of a FW190 July 5, 1944 in Verneuil on Seine (30km in the NW of Paris). He's maybe the JG2 but it's not absolutly certain. If someone can help me to find the pilot's identity presumably died in this crash and the circumstances of the event (or where must i search)... Thank you / Gilmaq |

Re: FW 190 lost 30km NW Paris July 5 1944
A list of JG 2 losses shows one pilot missing and one killed in Evreux area, one pilot wounded over St. Andre, one wounded and one killed Caen area and one killed at Corbeilles. JG 26 has one killed east of Evreux and another pilot wounded at Bure-mele sur Surthe.
