Spitfire Crash Northern France?

This is one of a series of photos presumably of a cannon armed Spitfire crash taken in northern France in 1941. Can any French members possibly identify the village in the background?

Re: Spitfire Crash Northern France?

Hi Chris,
I am researching Circuses in 1941 and may be able to help.
Do you have a date for this?
Roger

Roger

The problem with this photo is that we have no date to help as a guide.

Interested that you are researching Circuses.

Me too!

Do you want to drop me a PM?

No idea of the date hence posting this in the hope a northern French or Belgian member might identify the distinctive building
