W.Nr. 150576 - What type of aircraft?

On the list of Luftwaffe aircraft in Norway in May 1945 there's a I./KG66 aircraft mentioned with W.Nr. 150576, claimed to be a Ju 188 S-5. According to my (limited) knowledge, that version never materialized...So my question is: Is this a typo? And what type of aircraft could it actually be? A Ju 188 D-3? (W.Nr. 150995 was a D-3 Beleuchter) Or even an early Ju 388?

Thanks in advance,

Marcel

Re: W.Nr. 150576 - What type of aircraft?

Seems it may be a Ju 188D-2.

WNr.150589 was a D-2 serving with 5.(F)/122 in late March 1945

WNr.150596 was a D-2 serving with 4.(F)/14 in mid-March 1945

I don't have any others in the 15057x series besides the one example you mentioned. But 150586 was with KG 66, so I would not be surprised if this was, as you suspect, a typo.

I may have missed W.Nr. 150586 being a KG66 aircraft, could you elaborate a bit more on this aircraft? (Fate, source of info, etc.)

Thanks in advance!
