According to a CWGC list of German WW2 burials in Nuneaton (Oaston Road) Cemetery, there are 17 named graves, and only two from 1940, they are Haupt Willi Henke and Uffz Heinrich Rattay, both 1/KG54, 16.09.40.
But, they may have been buried as unknowns originally, and identified at a later date. All the other burials are of POW's that died 1945-47, six of them airmen. Hope this helps. Joe |
