As you say sombody can use it for investegation. Whould it be possible for you to shear Hig res scans for the Sola Aiation Museum. A copy of the flugbuch will also be of interest

The loss of Oblt. Fidorra is recorded as follows: http://www.aviationhistory.no/ref_db...?lossid=154223 He seems to have been with the unit during Weserübung, and was as far as I can see wounded in action on April 11th 1940. If you are willing to share more information from your records from your father I would be very interested in writing a bit on him on my blog, and it would be great if it could be possible for you to donate digital copies of your material to the museum at Sola, Stavanger. -- added There is also a possibility to donate collections in the Nachlass section at Bundesarchiv/Militärarchiv - both photographs and documents. For a lot of 'collectors' this is difficult as one has bits and pieces from different sources. But in your case you have the history and the names of the involved person( your father) and would by donating either digital copies or the originals to museums or archives ensure that these documents and photographs will be available for researchers and authors also in the future. -- added Regards, Andreas B

Hello,
Some years ago I bought this big painting showing Ln. Hasso Mündel. Together with the painting there was a lot of paperworks also including some names from the unit and also letters sent from the unit to his father. This is the first time I have seen a photo of Mündel and I must say the artist has done a very nice job indeed. Very interesting and thank you for sharing them! Christian
