Simon. She may not have had the codes applied as lost so early; if you are interested in the 367th you may find these links of use ( casualty list, mission details, and movement orders for the 367th at Westover Field Aug. 15 1942).
The loss is sometimes noted as MACR 16102 but that was B-17F 42-5370 91st BG March 4 1943. As she was missing over the UK there should not be a MACR.
