Who is the older officer of JG 77 on the pic together with Ltn. Emil Omert ?

On the left is Ltn. Emil Omert, who is the other one? I suppose Ofw. Erwin Riehl but i am not sure. They are at the airfield Tanagra

The old officers in the Stab of a Geschwader or Gruppe were very often a z.b.V. Offizier assigned as Hauptmann beim Stab or Major beim Stab. Those were the names of the position, so the first one could be filled by either an Oblt. or by a Hauptmann. They performed an administrative role and rarely flew other than as a passenger.
