Question about some documents in Freiburg

I would like to know the diference about the RL 2 III/759 covering the periodo (21/3/42 to 17/4/42) and the RL 2 III/1180 covering the periodo(03/2/42 to 02/5/42).
Did one complete the other or one repete the other?
Can I find diferente informations in those documents?
If they tell the same think,why do they exist ?

These are copies, different, of the same document, 22/23 copies were made for different services, the interest to hv both is that if one is difficult to read the other could be better,
A recent experience let me think that the better is to choose the copy ...
of british archives.
