Another photo of this a/c sold earlier by the same seller, shows what I believe is the same Do 17 with the Legion Condor a/c code as 27 o 3.

This has been identified by Tom Willis and Richard B over on the LEMB as a Farman F.402 in Luftwaffe markings...
