Re: T9+KH

Hello Rémi,

According to my sources, T9+KH (ex-SM+FK) was WNr. 140151, but its subsequent fate is unknown to me.

Re: T9+KH

Yes, although I don't have it to hand right now.

From memory, you can find it in the AI2(g) reports at the National Archives (AIR40/45) and there's a photo of the wreck in an article I wrote for Aviation News about 20 years ago.

Re: T9+KH

The wrecked machine at Rheine was WNr. 140349. There was another, more famous (more photographed) T9+KH however.

Re: T9+KH

Hi,

THe Ai2(g) rapport was dated 12 may 45 (n° 269)
indicate T9+KH destroyed in rheine wk 14039

in monogram close up 23, the author say about T9+KH and 14039
The unit code code is something of a mistery as it is the same code as applied to Oblt Muffey's Blitz wk 140151...

Re: T9+KH

So 140151 to be the one destroyed in january, 140349 , later accident or "destr. by own trupps" ,...
T9+KH flown by Muffey in nov.+ dec. 1944
