I am after the individual code for this aircraft which force landed at Newport, Isle of Wight on 5 Nov 1943. OV-?

Pilot F/Sgt L S Clarke injured.

According The Typhoon & Tempest Story Typhoon JP844 OV-F ran out of fuel and force-landed near Newport. F/S L. S. Clarke.

But here's a strange thing - I flew A,B,C,I,J,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,V,W,X,Y,Z - but never F!!
