Does anyone have more information to Leutnant Waldemar Semelka, born on 8 January 1920 and missing since 21 August 1942?

I would like to know which plane he was flying on the date of his Missing and whether anyone has more information to the circumstances of his Missing? [Missing after a Luftkampf]

Thanks for the plane information. Hopefully more information rises up about his MIA circumstances (did he crash, bailed out, captured etc.). Many thanks for the answer, John!

The website mentions 1940, when he was moved to 4. Staffel/ II. Gruppe des Jagdgeschwaders 52 thought I have that he was moved to there in Autumn 1941 after his Jagdflieger Ausbildung.
