RLM - Development Office Director wartime
Who were the wartime directors of the RLM's Development Office?
In 1933-34, then-Hauptmann Wolfram von Richtoften held this position, working for Wimmer and Oeb when they ran the RLM's C-Amt. The position continued after the RLM was reorganized. Thanks, David Isby
