Andy,
It was 24 May 1940 when L9259 was lost and according to Prien (Teil 3 p396) the Lw pilot involved was Uffz Otto Ruckert of 4.(T)/186 and not Peter Emmerich. As for any wingman, I fear that you may be barking at the moon for such information but you might get lucky - who knows ?
