Ar196 (0133) lost 6 December 1943

Hi guys

I have a note that Ar196 (0133) of SA.126 was shot down by a fighter on 6 December 1943, with the loss of Uffz Hoffman and his observer.

Can anyone confirm and provide additional information, please?

Cheers
Brian

One of the floatplanes (0133) failed to return, Uffz Hoffman and his observer reported being shot down by a fighter.

Thanks Seaplanes

I originally thought that it was lost over the Aegean, but obviously not if it was SAR.28
