Re: Bf109K-4 at bad Aibling

Hello,

I concurr with Roland and David. The WNr. is there. And on fuselage too.
Remarquable too:
Wings and horizontal tailplane are painted with THREE colours!

Regards, Franck.

Re: Bf109K-4 at bad Aibling

Maybe I'm wrong, but I dare to disagree...

Here's the rudder...

Where is the Werke Nummer...?

On lower rudder (as visible on many K-4s) certainly not.

If it is in a different position, would you like to indicate it?

Just trying to understand if I'm suddenly blind or simply looking in the wrong place.

Re: Bf109K-4 at bad Aibling

Ah, but then there is the Graal... Ferdinando;-)). I've done the same try; maybe I'm a hopelessly whacked W.Nr. nerd, but I've got this odd feeling there is a darker line just above the RLM 76 part of the rudder with quite a few vertical streaks... This wouldn't be that far from the official Mtt position, isn'it?

Agreed, nothing conclusive though, except the usual Bodenwöhr three digits behind the Balkenkreuz...

Cheers
Marc
