An impressive work, to be sure, and indeed highly recommended.
I purchased a copy after learning of it from an Ed West posting in this forum. This points out that there is a lot of material out there outside of that available from mainstream publishers. Publishing, even in electronic format, is good. So, buy the book on the 13th TCS in the Pacific (cheaper, alas, than a standard academic-press hardcover these days) and encourage folks to put what they know into print (or electrons) and sell it.
