The wheel-from what type of the plane ?

From what type of airplane comes this wheel ? Can it be a part of the DH. 98 Mosquito ? The scale under wheel on picture wheel.1 is 20 cm long.

Isn't AM the Aeroplane & Motor Co. Ltd? In this case with the crown it looks likely to be Air Min?

Would there be a crown over the AM if it was this company mentioned?

NOT a Mosquito wheel. The hub is wrong and so is the proportion of the tyre.

Re: The wheel-from what type of the plane ?

Of course, just because the tyre is air ministry, does not mean that the wheel is. The nearest match that I have found is a boat trailer wheel.

Re: The wheel-from what type of the plane ?

Some Avro Anson s flew in former czechoslovak air force after war. Very probably one of them is source of mentioned wheels.
