In "Luftwaffe over Czech territory 1945" from Jiri Rajlich / Stanislav Kokoska / Ales Janda there is a entry that this was a Ju87 of SG102. Is this correct or
was it 6G+SD? I don't have the book there for the question.

Ju87D CG+SD was operated by II./SG102 during July 1944 - it's most probably this aircraft you are looking for.
