I'm also astonished by the ridiculous start prices. It appears that the sellers are hoping that Sudek13 will bite eventually? OK, it's the free market mechanism, but I wonder where this will end? Best regards and good luck, Hans Nauta

Consider comic books. Some are regarded as investments. These books are not even read but put between two pieces of plastic called a "slab." For all intents and purposes, these books have literally become paper money. Thousands of dollars for old comic books? Now that is ridiculous.
