hello experts,
can someone confirm a ju 88 with werknummer 144162 and give informations about the crew and the possible crash site? thanks in advance!! regards ghost

JU 88 A-14 WNr. 144162 3./KG 101 near Greifswald 01-Dec-43 crashed, impact fire 100%.

The Tagliche Verlustmeldung Schulen usw. lists a loss on 1.12.43 near Greifswald where Ju 88 A-14 W.Nr. 4162 [3. KG 101] crashed and burned with 4 crew killed. Pilot name: Uffz. Peter Eschbacher. Many Ju 88 W.Nr. were reported incorrectly and this a/c was probably W.Nr. 144162.
