Mosquito lost on July 12, 1942
Hi,
Ofw. Erwin Leibold (Stab I./JG 26) claimed a reconnaissance Mosquito over Licques, France, in the afternoon of July 12th, 1942, as his eleventh and final kill. Does anybody have a suggestion regarding the identity of the victim (unit, names of the crew)? Caldwell´s JG 26 history has nothing. Thanks in advance Jan
