I have both and i can tell you that Avions Hors Serie #18 is far more detailed and illustrated, not only a translation. The translation you are reffering is in Ciel de Guerre N°8 (march/april/may 06) with a few more illustrations. Cheers, Jan

Abbreviation CI2WO in the book of Peter Taghon
Gents,
The best book about the "Aéronautique militaire belge" I've ever read. Believe me!! I'm myself doing research about the air war above Belgium! But I've a question about some of the abbreviations used in the book. Who can help me to find out what this abbreviation means..."CI2WO". You can find this one under different pictures in the book as the source of the pictures (see for example page 11,13,14..etc). Gents, I can also recommand you the last book of Mike Donnet...."Les aviateurs belges dans la Royal Air Force" Many thanks and greetings from a rainy Belgium!! |
