Lageberichte 1941 Western Europe

Hi,

Trying to find a digital copy of the Lageberichte for 1941 (especially 08/1941) for Western Europe.

It is possible that they are available on NARA, but I can't find them.

Many thanks and best regards

Luc

Try German Docs in Russia where there are several, either from the West or from "all fronts": https://wwii.germandocsinrussia.org/...-luftwaffe-okl

The Bundesarchiv has downloadable files in the RH 19-IV series with parts of the diary and situation reports of Ob. West from 1941.

Also downloadable are files from Luftflotte 3. The daily reports from August 1941 are in file RL 7-3/568.

Re: Lageberichte 1941 Western Europe

Luc,

These can be viewed on the NARA site.

NARA start at T077 R0923 this is the beginning of Aug 1941 - https://catalog.archives.gov/id/270824596?objectPage=7

This link should take you to the relevant catalogue index entries - https://catalog.archives.gov/search-...ort=naId%3Aasc

You will need R0923 and R0924, note 923 is in two parts concluding with 22.8.41 whereas R0924 covers the rest of August.

Unfortunately, these are not downloadable as complete files but you can download individual pages.

If I recall correctly the NARA copies contain the appendices as do the German Docs files (June - Aug 1941 were missing here) but when I looked at the BA/MA copies they did not contain appendices.
