Any expert here of the Austrian AF before the Anschluss?

Gentlemen,

Is there any expert of the Austrian Air Force, who has some info regarding particular fighter pilots, shortly before the Anschluss?

Thanks in advance,

Hermann Buchner gives his service in the Austrian AF before his service in the Luftwaffe in his book "Stormbird". Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Michael

Thanks, Michael, but I am looking for a particular fighter pilot, not a general story or remembrances about the AF (that's why I need somebody, who knows the AAF's history pretty well).

His name is a bit hazy, but since he was an academy graduate Lieutenant, not a reservist, for an expert, no problem to identify him correctly.

Hello Csaba,
I recall that there was a 32 page article, incl photos, maps and colour profiles, in "Flieger Revue Extra 3, October 2003, on "Unternehmen Otto", written by Rupert Reisinger and Joachim Baschin.
You can perhaps reach them via the Redaktion: extra@fliegerrevue.de
