It looks like Werner Mölders talking to Theo Osterkamp, who probably is in rank of Oberst and wears RK and Pour le Merite. If I'm right, it should be rather in 1940. Anyway, Mölders was awarded Spanienkreuz in Gold mit Schwertern und Brillanten, not DK ! Regards Nef
