Q's about Bf-109 flew by several aces, info request....

Hi all.....
I'm working on the models of Bf-109's of various aces (between 150 and 200 victories...) and I'm not be able to find good pictures with more or less complete view of any 109 type flew by:
- Heinz Schmidt
- Horst Ademeit
- Heinrich Sturm
- Emil Lang (I think that Lang flew 190 any time...so no 109 for Lang??? I have a Fw-190 for him)
- Joachim Brendel (I have a partial picture of "1 white" on the J"Das jagdgeschwader-51..." by Paul Stipdonk and M. Meyer page 56 book
For Gerhard Thyben I have a picture of a 109 G6 "<| black" om "Die Jagdfliegerverbande.......1934 bis 1945" vol 10/2 page 259, I suppose that this a/c is correct.....
Any one can provide me info about any 109 flew by these pilots....???
Best regards and merry X-mast for all

Jose Luis

Hello Jose

Here is Heinz Schmidt's Bf 109 F-2 after having been brought down over Soviet lines, nothing on the others I'm afraid, well accept a cockpit/part fuselage shot of which Bernd Barbas speculates is of Ademeit's White 9 in Aircraft of the luftwaffe Aces II but I think this is Reinhard Seiler's plane as I have other shots of Seiler in White 9:

Happy CHRISTmas to you!!

Hi,

I think that is a different Heinz Schmidt. There are partial views of his Bf 109 Fs in "German Fighter Units Over Russia" from Schiffer publishing.

Attached, I believe this photo was discussed and it was agreed that the aircraft may have belonged to Ademeit.

Happy hunting,

Don

Thanks Chriss but I think this a/c is for other Schmidt, as Schmidt, the ace with 173 victories died in 9/43...

Regards
