Lancaster PB405

Hello

Can any one tell me more about the crash of Lancaster PB405 PG-S from 619 sqdrn . This Lancaster crashed during an Opp 19/20-09-1944 to Mönchengladbach .
Were I can findout more about this airplane .
The complete eight crewmembers is buried on Venray War Cemetery .
Sorry I was on the wrong forum with my request .
