206 Sqn Hudson crash 6/09/1940 Bircham Newton
Could anyone help with the Lockheed Hudson's serial no., or crew I guess it was from 206 Sqn - Bircham Newton?
On the 5 September 1940 a Hudson crashed into four Blenheim fighters of 235 Squadron members from the squadron rushed to start up and taxi the Blenheim fighters away from the burning aircraft. These men then received awards which I have the paperwork for but nothing is written up in the ORB's about this event. Many Thanks Any Bird
