Do17Z-5, KG2
Hi,
Can anyone help with the attached? A Do17Z-5 with floatation bags fitted and carrying the emblem associated with 5./KG2. However, the nose band identifying the Gruppe appears to be white (I.Gruppe) rather than red (II.Gruppe), which is what I would have expected it to be Can anyone reconcile this? Does anyone have additional photos of this or other similarly marked aircraft from the unit? Image from pallas.cegesoma.be, 12.12.2010. Thanks in advance, Paul
