KG 2 - 23/24-2-1944
Hello,
On this night 2./KG 2 lost the Do.217M flown by Ofw. Stemann. In R.MacKay / Simon Parry 's book The last Blitz the BO is listed as Uffz. Walter Rosendahl, the BS as Uffz. Richard Schwarzmüller. In "Der Luftkrieg in Europa" by Ulf Balke they are listed as BS (Rosendahl) and BO (Schwarzmüller) respectively. Perhaps Matti can shine a light on this? The same night the Ju.188E-1, U5+AN of 5./KG 2 returned with two wounded crew members. I'm looking for the names of the 3 other crew members (FF BO & BF). Many thanks and kind regards. Dirk
