Not wishing to contradict Col, but the 104 Squadron ORB records that Wellington 'R' was hit by heavy flak and their front gunner received a shrapnel wound, whereas the wireless operator of 'A' had a machine gun wound in his thigh. It was noted too that flak was very heavy over Tunis, but slight at La Goulette.
