Hello Marcel,
I don't know the activity of Sich.Rgt. 16 but I can add this is an Abendmeldung by (or to?) Kommandostab Ia. I get also Abend/Morgenmeldungen written by different OFK's (as such as Mons, Lüttich, Brüssels) thanks to Jean-Louis ROBA. Unfortunately few of them were preserved (a dozen) from mid-'43 to early '44. Nothing more. For instance, the later states also : - a German fighter lost near Mormont (FSA). - German fighter of Lt. Hans-Joachim SLENDERHAUF (sic) crashed 400 m West of Trou de Bras. Is there a precise date you are looking for? Best regards ClinA-78
