Hi Rick, I was particularly interested to see this post while searching for information on Bischoff.
In the last day or so I've acquired a flugbuch which lists many flights of crews from 2/KG27, from the first day of the war up until 5.9.40! In this book is a man named Bischoff, who I now believe is the same guy as below. Would you mind quoting your source for his awards and total of 176 missions and do you have further information on him. I would like to confirm that these two Bischoffs are in fact the same man.
