Identity of RK Träger poss. NJG5 late 1943

Dear all,

I'm trying to establish the identity of this Ritterkreuzträger, possibly NJG5 in late 1943, the photo was taken possibly at Neuruppin during a visit by Reichsmarschall Göring. Who can help?
