what about volume 5 of "Bilddokumentation: Zerstoerer und Nachtjagdverbaende", Meyer and Stipdonk?

Vol. 4, on p. 214, has an ad for volume 5, complete with a picture of the cover. But I have never seen "Teil 5" and can not find it on the web.
