Stinson C-91?

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of a Stinson trimotor. Is it possible to tell from what can be seen if this is the solitary Stinson C-91 42-79547?

Alternatively were any of the Australian machines operated in what appears to be olive drab,or the chinese owned example come to that?

Regards,

Clint
