Re: St Kap 2./NJG 2 1940-41
Hello, Heinrich Hagmaier flew with Oblt. Schütze from flight 99 on 21 April 1941 to flight 181 on 13 September 1941 and his logbook is clearly signed by Schütze Oblt u. Staffelkapitän.
Schütze is given as Staffelkapitän for 4./NJG 2 from 27 June 1941 in Meyer Stipdonk - and there is a change in aircraft registrations in the Hagmaier logbook from May 1941 when they switch from 2 STaffel aircraft with staffel letter "K" to I./Stab aircraft with "B" before starting to flyg "M" staffel aircraft of 4./NJG 2 from 7 July 1941. So it appears that the transfer from 2./NJG 2 could have taken place already in May - at least judging by aircraft letters. |
