Gliders lost September 19 1944 over Belgium
Hi ,
The following gliders from the 401GIR/1Bn were lost in Belgium on September 19 1944 : GC-4A Chalk 10B was lost near Gent , GC-4A 14B was lost 3 km south from Ostend and GC-4A 43-41165 flown by Ed Slawson near Moerbeke . Can someone add some info on these losses. Regards Alain
