Mustang II lost November 16th 1944

Hello All,

On November 16th 1944 Mustang MkII (serial number unknown) 65 Squadron was missing when it escort Bombers to Heinsberg Germany...
Piloted by F/o O H Robinson, what was his full name and serienr ?
What was the serie number of this plane ?
Where crashed/crashlanded this plane ?
What was the cause of los ?
