Looking at the camoflage I thought G-14/AS from Regensburg which fits nicely with your identification of type and Wrk.Nr series. And yes, it's the same aircraft, at bf109.com.
I'm not sure about the tailfin though. If it the photos have been manipulated it's been done very skillfully. The panellines are there and the fin looks exactly the same in two different photos.
