#1 is interesting.
It shows Spitfire Vc JK333, with a code of W and a badge which is unknown to me (anyone?) This aircraft was dispatched to North Africa on 1 Oct 43, after which there is no trace of it until it was PSOC on 1 Jan 47 - this was a catch-all date for "lost" aircraft. http://www.airhistory.org.uk/spitfire/_prodn%20list.txt records it with 185 Sqn which was in Italy in the 1943-1945 time frame. Further info very welcome.
