Help identifying airman killed 03.03.1944

Hi,

I have just bought a couple of portraits of a pilot named Fw. Herbert Bussler.

I have two lovely images of him in winter and summer flying gear.

It says he was lost on the 3rd March 1944 but no other information.

The photos are from 1938.

Any help on his loss would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rick
