Mustang shot down on 2 oct 1944 near Venray,NL
Hello everybody,
According to Bruchunterlagen 2 Oct 1944 (film C2031N, Teil 1) Flak unit 1./Flak Batt.52 shot down a Mustang at 15.48 hours on 2 Oct 1944 at position 1 km south of Venray, NL. I could not locate this aircraft among the US Mustang losses. It most probably was an English aircraft. Can anybody help me with this?
